Can you install this for me?

Choose supply and installation when adding to your basket. We install across London and the Home Counties, with other locations by enquiry. The installation is quoted for your property.

What does the guide price include?

The selected product or configuration. Delivery, installation, building work and optional accessories are confirmed separately. Prices marked “from” depend on the size and final specification.

When will my fireplace arrive?

We confirm current availability and delivery arrangements before accepting your order. Please wait for that confirmation before booking an installer.

Consider the width of the wall and where you will view the fire from. We can help you compare front-facing, corner and panoramic layouts where the model supports them, then check the installation drawing.
