1500 W thermostatic heating

Made for your home

Bring a little of the forest indoors.

Set the scene with warm light and beautifully arranged logs. Keep the wall pared back for a contemporary finish, or introduce timber cabinetry and natural stone for a softer, more layered interior.

The New Forest pairs LED flames with thermostatic heating and a remote handset. Start with the ceramic Signature logs, or choose Deluxe Real Logs or the Black Edition for a different fuel-bed and rear-glass finish. The edition selector identifies your choice.

A little guidance

Your questions,
answered.

Can you install this for me?

Choose supply and installation when adding to your basket. We install across London and the Home Counties, with other locations by enquiry. The installation is quoted for your property.

What does the guide price include?

The selected product or configuration. Delivery, installation, building work and optional accessories are confirmed separately. Prices marked “from” depend on the size and final specification.

When will my fireplace arrive?

We confirm current availability and delivery arrangements before accepting your order. Please wait for that confirmation before booking an installer.

How do I choose the right configuration?

Consider the width of the wall and where you will view the fire from. We can help you compare front-facing, corner and panoramic layouts where the model supports them, then check the installation drawing.

What about the warranty?

We will confirm the manufacturer’s warranty, retailer eligibility and any registration requirements for your chosen product before you order.
