Help choosing the right fit

Made for your home

A fireplace to build the room around.

Start with the proportions, the flame picture and the way you use the room. We can help bring the appliance and the surrounding finishes together as one considered installation.

The Danville combines a traditional inset format with Dimplex’s Optimyst effect. Its UK product page describes flame-only operation and a concealed heater. Because the effect uses water, filling and maintenance belong in the buying decision alongside appearance.

A little guidance

Your questions,
answered.

Can you install this for me?

Choose supply and installation when adding to your basket. We install across London and the Home Counties, with other locations by enquiry. The installation is quoted for your property.

What does the guide price include?

The selected product or configuration. Delivery, installation, building work and optional accessories are confirmed separately. Prices marked “from” depend on the size and final specification.

When will my fireplace arrive?

We confirm current availability and delivery arrangements before accepting your order. Please wait for that confirmation before booking an installer.

How do I choose the right configuration?

Consider the width of the wall and where you will view the fire from. We can help you compare front-facing, corner and panoramic layouts where the model supports them, then check the installation drawing.

What about the warranty?

We will confirm the manufacturer’s warranty, retailer eligibility and any registration requirements for your chosen product before you order.
